Youngsters

A Young Lady Laughing

Climbers For Jesus

This group meets during our Sunday Services and caters for the very youngest at our church from infants who are only a few weeks old to young children up to the age of 5.

Parents are welcome to join their youngsters in the group as they learn about God's message to us through play, music, song and a variety of creative activities.

If you would like to leave your child with us whilst you participate in the service, your child will be welcomed and cared for until the service ends.

Rock Solid

The 4-11 year old age group meet together twice a month in the lounge for games, stories, crafts and quizes. Everyone is welcome. Once a month (the first sunday usually) we meet in the larger Hall for 'Inspire' during the service (10.00-11.30).

Highlanders

Highlanders is the St. Paul's Youth Group for young people aged 11 and over.

They meet three Sunday mornings a month during the 10.00 a.m. service for a time of learning and discussion to explore and deepen their faith. They also lead Sunday Services from time to time and share their faith with the rest of the church through drama, role play, dance, etc.

The Highlanders meet on Wednesday evenings from 7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. in the Church Hall for games, quizzes, etc. or to go on outings which in the past have included bowling, ice skating, Pizza Hut to name but a few!

Wheels And Squeals

Wheels and Squeals meets every Wednesday in school term times, opening between 12.30 and 2.30 p.m. for the under 5’s and their carers. It is run by a small band of volunteers and the aim is to provide a safe and friendly environment in which babies, toddlers and carers can socialise.

Activities and outings are organised whenever possible and Wheels and Squeals operates an open door policy. A contribution of £1.50 per family per week is sought to help towards the costs of refreshments and equipment.

Wheels and Squeals is linked to the PLA and visited on a regular basis by the PLA Liaison Officer. The committee, chaired by Jill James, aims to make Wheels and Squeals a service to the community.

Jill James acts as a link between Wheels and Squeals and the church. For more information call Jill on 07985 476284.
